Excellent CRM-like app made simpler

I love how easy it is to send out invoices or create marketing campaigns. I can search by date or client name to see what was sent out in the past month. There are multiple file types available (PDF/XLS/CSV/MS Excel) and there is a way to attach files without uploading them into the database itself. There's a bit of an overlap with cloud storage for things like Microsoft OneDrive, Box, and other services that allow for file uploads, but the ability to be able to browse through old data sets…

Pros
  • Easy user interface
  • Searching capabilities make organization quick.
  • Quickly add documents via pdf attachment directly within program instead downloading first before attaching manually.great feature!!!
Cons
  • Can not import images automatically..it requires more effort
