Size, maybe a little bigger than the word "pen" suggests. Overall, the device is about 1.5 inches shorter and 1.5 inches narrower than the iPhone 12 Pro Max, but is easy to take almost anywhere. The adapters included in the kit are rated for American or European electricity, so while I'm not an expert on European electricity I can't say which countries it's 'native' to (in appearance 2-way 240v). An HDMI port and a short extension cord make it easy to connect your device to a monitor and leave the extension cord hanging. I added another small HDMI cable to my collection to increase the distance between the monitor and the PC. I initially had some issues with a weak Wi-Fi signal at home, so getting closer to the source seems like a good idea. No problem when I was close enough to get a full signal gauge. Windows loaded quickly and I installed Firefox with no problems, as did the one package it was designed for. including many package add-ons. The processors are clearly not the most modern or the best, but I haven't had any issues with processing speeds. Don't know if I'd make it a workhorse, but basic multi-tab web browsing, email, and light work. With the ability to take it anywhere, it's a really handy travel computer. Finding the right mouse and keyboard combo for portability is perhaps the most difficult part of the entire setup. For the price and the functionality I think this is a great choice! I didn't need any assistance with it so can't comment but I'm very happy with the purchase.
