Review on Single Bracket Mounting Diameter 002 002H by Derrick Shah

I'm checking my review. At first I was confused by the nature of the customizations. Use a hex wrench to tighten the rack clamp and nearest pivot. This tool was provided in a package. The other pivot didn't appear to have any adjustment or attachment method at first. I have now found that the plastic end caps on the other pivot (not just round round shapes but entire plastic tombstone shapes) are removable exposing a nut that can be tightened. You will need another tool that is not included. Once you have tightened all the connections, this device will work as expected. Needs improvement, but works. Instructions on how to tighten the hinge joints, especially the concealed ones, would be helpful.
