Review on 🔪 HENCKELS Statement 12-pc Kitchen Knife Set: Chef’s Knife, Steak Knife Set, Bread Knife, Sharpener, Block - Light Brown by Kara Collins

I've had these knives for about a year now. I was excited as I own other great Henckels knives and they will replace the base set. Unfortunately they are pretty terrible. They don't stay sharp at all. I have to sharpen them after each use or they won't cut even the softest things. But for normally sharpened blades, a bread knife is somehow worse. You can't cut anything through, even with a touch of crust so it doesn't slip and slide. It's pretty bad for such a well-established brand. I wish I got them back in the first week and am staying with them now.
