There was no guarantee label on the packaging upon delivery. I should have returned it back then, but before that I figured I'd turn it on to make sure it worked. I hooked it up to my bank and ran some simple tests and found it to work fine. It took me a while to really get into my project. I just installed it a day ago. I noticed that the power supply gets very hot under full load. The longer it was under load, the hotter it got, the fan never came on. Worst of all I have to send it back to the seller who will give me a refund after testing it. I will not pay to return it and have them deny that it was originally broken or that there is no problem with it. I paid a premium to get a well-known and respected power supply and got a piece of junk. The problem wasn't with Mean Well, it was with the supplier. A NOTICE. This shipment was sold by Bright LED Fixtures to Revain and not Eyeboot. I don't know why the review of my purchase ended up here.
