As expected from Meanwell, this is a quality power supply.

This power supply provides the correct voltage. But where I used it, it was very crowded. With the terminal upside down, it couldn't fit in my 3D printer. The only reason I sent it back was because of the size. As a power supply, as expected from Meanwell, there was very little ripple and the power delivered was accurate. I finally decided on the LRS-350-24 because the connections were reversed. Note: Meanwell is ceasing production. their line of NES power supplies. LRS models replace NES…

Rock. Worth the price.

Wow! What a PSU tank! I've been sucking 10-12A out of this thing almost continuously for two months and it runs quiet and cool. The fan only spins intermittently to cool the device and it can get a bit noisy in absolutely quiet environments, but it's barely noticeable under normal conditions with normal ambient noise. Mine is used to power two 33ft long 24V LED strips connected directly to a 24ch 3ch RGB power amplifier/repeater and both strings stay perfectly in sync and very consistent in…

Good quality. for internals

This is my second 24v mean well ps, the first was damaged before arrival and sent back. I bought mine from JinHQC and they take their reputation seriously. They contacted me immediately and I received a replacement within 3 days. You can't expect more from a supplier. The power supply delivers a stable 24.2 V and the fan only runs when needed. I bought this PS as an upgrade for my 12v PS on my CNC router and expect it to hold up just as well as my 12v PS.

Pros
  • A dream come true
Cons
  • Minor issues

Impressed! best in computer components

Need a 24 volt power supply to run my underwater ROV when not using batteries so I decided to give this one a try. With a full engine load, the ROV draws about 8-10 amps, and this power supply seems to hold up. When the fan finally turned on, it was quiet and barely noticeable. It works in my configuration: - (2) Raspberry Pi - (1) Router - (1) Ethernet switch - (4) 80 amp RC electronic speed controllers - (4) 1000kV RC motors - (1 ) 10 watt LED lamp - (1) IP webcam. At the same time, my iPad…

Ideal for CNC projects!

Bought for a CNC project. Good product! Powers the TinyG control board and Nema23 stepper motors. It handles EMI noise like a champ! Fixed an issue I encountered while making a CNC linear drilling machine. When the Porter wired router is powered on, the G-code still works fine. The EMI noise generated by the 110VAC woodworking router is filtered in this Mean Well power supply. Power transformer adjustable for video surveillance, radio, computer project. Works well but with some noise.

I bought this device to use it in a quiet environment. The fan turns on automatically. When the fan is on, it makes a noticeable noise. All fans make noise and when the fans are running it can be quiet, but it is noticeable in a quiet environment. I use it to power a Fibaro RGBW controller along with a 24V LED strip. I need power for 4 LED strips so I bought this power supply to meet my power needs. I may need to use multiple 24 fanless power supplies and multiple separate controllers to get…

Looks like someone tried to pass off used items as new.

There was no guarantee label on the packaging upon delivery. I should have returned it back then, but before that I figured I'd turn it on to make sure it worked. I hooked it up to my bank and ran some simple tests and found it to work fine. It took me a while to really get into my project. I just installed it a day ago. I noticed that the power supply gets very hot under full load. The longer it was under load, the hotter it got, the fan never came on. Worst of all I have to send it back to…
