Tight skin - you may want to size up
I size small for my 7 year old who is about 56lbs and usually wear teenage small clothes. Good quality shirt - product as expected. But it seems to work a little less. My son doesn't like it because it's skin tight, it's a compression shirt so I guess that's his purpose. but if you need a little break, increase the size
