As for the gloves they are fine. They have this horrible smell that gets onto your hands as you wear them, but it washes off. No powder but they leave a bit of a residue on my hands but I don't mind that it softens them. Cuffs except they are fine. They arrived on time, the right size and quantity. Everything looked fine. I'm taking off a star for the smell and one for the black mold (I think) on some of them. Note: I use them for crafting, so I just threw away the moldy ones. If I were a doctor or something I would return the whole batch.
