Review on πŸ₯¬ SEO-Optimized San Craft Cabbage Slicer BS-271 by Lisa Simmons

Good and evil best in kitchen and dining room

These are heavy duty blades made from Japanese quality katana steel. It's also very durable. It cuts so thin that at first I thought it didn't cut at all and wanted to throw it away. It also creates a huge mess, but it's not really the editor's fault. It is not easy to use and requires a little work and patience as it cuts very little with each pass. It took me about 10 minutes to grind up a 4 lb head of cabbage. It seems to cut much better when you're moving from side to side rather than back and forth. This makes the hand less tiring. Only used for cabbage.

Pros
  • Grater, Paring and Slicing Knife
Cons
  • Infinitely Sluggish
