Review on Relationship Optimizer by Tim Jones

The most useful feature of this tool for us was it's ability to track our supplier KPIs, i.e., turnover rate which helped in making decisions about new orders/products. There are few bugs with the platform but they seem to be addressed quickly by their support team. It would have been better if we had more option like advanced filters while working within relationships tab where you can filter down your list further than just product category or brand. We were able solve problems around procurement process visibility as well tracking supply chain status across multiple customers using its relationship optimization capabilities The product is very easy to use and the customer support is very good. The price is also very reasonable. I have no complaints at all. I would recommend this product to anyone who wants to streamline their vendor management. I am able to track all of my vendor relationships in one place. I also have a good view of my vendor spend. I can easily see what vendors are being used the most and where I can save money.
