Order at least 2 sizes larger!
I ordered 2T for my 13 month old as previous reviews said the neck was too small. I figured the 2T would give him enough room to grow and wear all summer. This top was too small - we had to crop the neckline to fit over the head (it's a regular size). Be sure to order many more!
