Interestingly, people who rated it low didn't read the description, which says you do NOT need to hang things on it, just line up the hanging pictures. Either way, the round piece will stick to the frame and fairly thick nails will be driven into the wall once you're sure the picture is hanging straight. Very easy to use. It makes 2 holes in the wall but putty will fix that if you move the painting. It's better than correcting every time the door closes! The large ones were perfect for my 16x20 painting. The disc lets air through and stands up because the top sits the way it hangs on the wire. I gave it a 4 because the level it contained was useless. The bubble was too big and couldn't center it, it stretched through everything. Luckily I had another one. You'll need a bubble level or else you won't want to stick pins in the wall!
