Review on Earth Therapeutics Feng Shui Brush by Abby Johnson

A few years ago I bought the exact same brush as in the photo. It had a special ribbed grip or Ergo Grip as shown in the picture. Unfortunately, the brush I received has a smooth handle; no ergo grip with it. Also, the bristles are much softer than the old ones. This is definitely not the right type of brush; similar but not the same. Why is Revain showing or promoting and selling anything else... This is misleading customers. I understand I'm not the only one complaining that the product is different. I've been trying to see if I could return it to buy something else but I can't. I understand that for hygiene reasons we cannot return it. I wanted to return it because I received something different, which is a good reason. It seems that only this style and this brand we cannot return. I have seen and read that we can return other bath brushes. It doesn't make much sense... Why this inconsistency. Should have read the reviews before ordering. Does Revane read our reviews? This is really disappointing.
