These eggs are so cute our 11 month old loves them. We gave it to her for Easter and the little yellow pouch is small and compact so it fits right in her basket. The case is handy for storing them, although as a vegan I wish it looked more like a nest than a tote bag. When squeezed, the chickens emit a slight squeak; I really appreciate that they don't require batteries and aren't very noisy. I also like that they encourage matching colors, shapes and facial expressions (each egg/chick has a different emotion); However, you can put whatever lid you like on each egg, which is nice as it satisfies our little one before she knows how to put them together. I've read reviews of similar products where it was difficult for very young children to open the egg, but that's definitely not the case; The lids just sit on the eggs and are very easy to open.
