These amazing rolling carpets. Anyone who says they are too rigid or difficult to use is an idiot. I've made inside-out buns, mini buns, caterpillar buns and nothing sticks. I love them and use them a lot. They're easy to clean - throw them in the dishwasher and use them again. I recommend to anyone who doesn't want to waste plastic wrap on rolls that are sticky inside out.
