It was a very interesting purchase. Finally, you no longer have to return water bottles or wash your Brita jug. Unfortunately, after a few weeks of use, we found that it was dripping. A lot of. Not from a faucet, but from a faucet. So we took the faucet head off, added some tape and put it back on - no dice. It's still dripping, quite a lot. If we hold the switch in the "Filter" position, it drips from there. I tell the manufacturer, is this a defect? Or does your product work like this? I'm pretty sure we're over 30 days old so I won't be returning it. But I am very disappointed with the functionality of this product. We're in Southern California, not the best place to waste water. As for the taste of water: It will be different everywhere, depending on what your water was like to begin with. I didn't like the taste initially as we drank bottled water which was almost sweet. But I'm used to it and I like the ease of dosing right in the sink. If it wasn't so drippy I would probably give 5 stars. But I see with some others that this is not a unique experience for us.
