I've been using 8 for almost 2 years now. I took 6s as a replacement, and, at first, I was disappointed. I did not notice any serious changes, but the fact that it was made of glass was very annoying. 6s I calmly wore without a case and enjoyed the tactile sensations from a premium item. Eight without a cover did not want to wear. And now, wearing 8 without a cover is incredibly happy. As for the differences from 6s, there are a lot of them. The main thing is the sound. The speakers are very loud and clear. I even stopped using the BT speaker. Camera. I bought a huawei p30 for my wife. She was very upset with the color rendition, they thought to sell the next day. And I went outside with my 8 and p30 to take pictures to compare. I thought that camera 8 would be worse than the vaunted p30 camera, but no! Not worse, but it conveys colors better - it does not turn yellow, like huawei. Summing up, I want to say that I was going to upgrade to xs, but, having removed the cover from the eight, I realized that the eight was enough for me.
