I bought these shoes for my wife who uses them for cycling. She told me that her normal shoes put pressure on her foot because she was pedaling on her bike at the gym. You must purchase separate cleats to attach to these shoes in order to use them with Bike Spin pedals. The spikes were easy to install and she stated that it made spinning a lot easier. It took her about 2 sessions to get used to attaching the cleats to the pedals, but now she has no problems. She said the shoes were comfortable and true to size.
