Great shoe at a great price! I usually wear a size 8.5, so I ordered a size 41 according to the manufacturer's chart. Fits perfectly! I have a medium foot, maybe a bit wide and this shoe is not narrow at all. Ordered Shimano SPD spin bike spikes from our gym and it fits perfectly! I like that the cleats on this shoe are recessed so it's not awkward when walking to and from class.

I bought these shoes for my wife who uses them for cycling. She told me that her normal shoes put pressure on her foot because she was pedaling on her bike at the gym.
