I get compliments on this all the time. It is supposed to be relaxed but I am very slim so even with the small its quite baggy on the sides for me , making it easy for my underwear to be seen from the sides if the shirt isn't long that I wear under it. I went to Joanns and bought "giant" safety pins in silver and gold to bring the sides together a little and it adds a cute little accent piece to it that way. I do wish the part around the ankles fit more snug but it works well will a cute pair of ankle boots. The army green comes exactly the color you would expect. Overall I love it and lots of people ask me where I got it.
