I love everything you can do with this microwave. 3 cons: 1. The glass door is so dark that you cannot see your food while it is cooking. You have no idea what's going on inside until you open the door.2. Yesterday I used the air fryer to fry chicken wings for the first time. That did a great job! The glass turntable unfortunately not. It has a large tear as shown in the photo. 😫3. This is old-fashioned mail in the warranty card system (no website?!). I will ship it and file a claim for the glass turntable. Update 10/04/2020 Today the glass turntable broke completely when using the oven, unexpected surprise. Apparently very bad glass. I file a claim and after seeing how the next glass turntable holds up I add the star back based on -1. How easy is the claim process?2. How soon will the replacement come? Whether the specified replacement breaks or not. Update 10/12/2020 Turntable replacement arrived today. Thanks to excellent customer care. Replaced star for quick response and execution. Let's see how this player holds up.
