It appears that the device was previously used and resubmitted! Out of order and back again!

The product has arrived and the packaging has been resealed. The opened box and protective packaging was visibly damaged and messy. The paper sleeve of the inner contents had burn marks, as did an instruction booklet. When trying to use the microwave, the device worked for a few seconds and then turned off with error code 30 on the screen. Apparently it was a used device that was defective before shipping. The device has been returned for a refund!

PLEASE CHECK THE DEVICE REQUIREMENTS!

Check out the requirements for this product. The first. This requires a separate circuit. This means that a 20 amp outlet and circuit breaker are required. The device draws 15 amps. So be careful not to overload the common circuit. Second, it needs at least 8 inches of free space above it, otherwise it may overheat. That means you should have at least 20 inches of space between countertops and tall cabinets. This information can be found in the user manual, which is available in PDF format.

This big, heavy and durable 3-in-1 deserves your attention.

I replaced a 13 year old Sharp microwave with this because it had a convection/fryer/microwave combination. The first unit had a broken turntable (won't turn when cooking) but the replacement went great. It feels solid, as do the accessories that come with it. I really like the controls and so far everything is being cooked exactly how I wanted it. It's quiet when it's running, but not so quiet that you forget it's on. I think the noise is the same as most microwaves. Expect this to take up aโ€ฆ

Good, but with some downsides. updated

I love everything you can do with this microwave. 3 cons: 1. The glass door is so dark that you cannot see your food while it is cooking. You have no idea what's going on inside until you open the door.2. Yesterday I used the air fryer to fry chicken wings for the first time. That did a great job! The glass turntable unfortunately not. It has a large tear as shown in the photo. ๐Ÿ˜ซ3. This is old-fashioned mail in the warranty card system (no website?!). I will ship it and file a claim for theโ€ฆ

Where are the instructions? Ouch! that smells burnt

Small damage due to poor packaging by the company. The product packaging had a dent leading to a dent in the top corner. The packaging of the items in the microwave was poor and the cooking utensils were worn. After unpacking, I continued to look for the manual. I looked under the block, inside, on the sides and behind. Nothing! The device seemed easy enough to understand, so I shrugged and decided to test its features. Microwaves are good. It's nice and quiet. The glass is very, very dark soโ€ฆ

What about ovens and toasters

Microwave works as expected. The fryer is very weak; It takes twice as long as my custom Air Freezer and makes the fries soft instead of crispy. The same applies to baking and other functions. Frozen dinners last twice as long as recommended, and the food is barely hot - certainly nowhere near the 375F setting. Save money and get products specifically tailored to your needs. Update: Upgraded from one star to four. I didn't think the manufacturer would sell the product so badly. So I startedโ€ฆ
