Review on Cooling Evaporative Adjustable Training Iridescent by Pamela Begay

I have a 75 pound German Shepherd. Each size shows 2 different sizes in 2 different pictures and none of them are exact. I even asked my dogs the EXACT sizes (my dog is a service dog so I always buy her different vests and collars so I know her sizes) and the size the seller told me was XXL, which is a big one thing was. So I took size XL and the neck opening was still too big. Both size XL and size XXL kept falling over my dog's shoulders because the neck opening was too big. The part that goes on her stomach was also too wide for both sizes so it could rub on her legs/shoulders. The vest itself is beautiful, I would like to keep it but sent it back. I don't know how well it cools as I didn't wet it, I just put it on my dog to see if it fit and then returned it.
