Initially I had two issues with the keys that would have forced me to give a less than stellar review. First, the clerk at the locksmith cut one key correctly and the other key incorrectly. Using the instructions the locksmith gave me, I was able to program the properly cut key to manually lock and unlock the door and start the engine. However, I couldn't program it to lock and unlock the door remotely. Since there was no way to return both keys, I felt stuck. The locksmith ordered another key from a regular company supplier and the locksmith shipped it to my home. He took both keys and programmed them to work with my Ford F150. I would like to point out that Keyless Option included a little note advising me to find a local locksmith to program the keys. Thinking I was smart enough to do it myself and wanting to save money I didn't hire a locksmith except to shorten the keys. I ended up saving over $200 because the local Ford dealership was charging $300 for parts and labor for just one key. And the price for two keys from Keyless Option was less than the price for one key from other vendors I researched.
