This drive is not for Lexus RX300, here is my story:1. The actuator key position sensor arm is a few degrees off dead center which causes the body control module to assume that after locking the door with the key you are still at the door and holding the key in the closed position, this will continue to power the power windows which may damage or discharge the battery and disable the remote control function.2. The door latch lever is improperly formed causing it to pull against the metal assembly, releasing the latch and likely causing premature engine failure.3. The o-rings on both levers are pretty tight compared to the originals. On the key position sensor lever, this blocks the key cylinder from returning to the center position after you have used the key. In addition, so that the drive works. I had to remove the adhesive from the key position sensor lever and remove it. Cut the o-ring to remove it. Cut off the base of the arm so I can set it at the correct angle (dead center). This was a real pain because most of the time you use a multimeter to find the dead center, which coincides with the center position of the car key. And finally glue everything back together. But that's not all, because you have to shave off the other lever (door lock) so that they move freely on the assembly. It took me about 12 hours to find the problems and make the fixes. I do not recommend this actuator to anyone with a Lexus RX300
