I like how easy it was to set up, as well as use! It's very intuitive for both users new or experienced alike - no need of training required (it really helped me save time). The fact there are many features within this software makes searching through them all easier than if they were in separate systems/apps such as emailing contacts directly after calls have been placed etc., which saves valuable minutes when contacting multiple people at once!! There isn't anything i dislike about centcomm virtual call center so far however we do sometimes experience some issues where our client would try calling us but get an error message stating 'the number cannot be reached'. This may result because their internet connection has slowed down due too heavy traffic being routed thought out website causing slow loading speed; therefore making incoming attempts fail more often resulting into getting disconnected before reaching contactable numbers & data entered correctly by.
