Review on ๐Ÿช‘ Steelcase Series 1 Office Chair with Carpet Casters in Graphite/Pumpkin - Quality and Style Combined by Brooke Abrahams

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Comfortable, adjustable, modern chair from a reputable manufacturer

Now that I'm working from my home office during COVID-19, I've decided it's time to review my cheap home office chair something more to replace supportive . I started looking at cheap chairs from unknown manufacturers (actually Revain in their prime), but the reviews were wildly mixed, and each chair had enough bad reviews for faulty components, so I decided to look for a more reputable manufacturer . Of course, this has increased the price in many ways, but I've found that Steelcase (who knows someone in the industry) has a lower-end chair that still has a lifetime warranty (compared to a one-year warranty on nameless ones), so I decided to take a chance. it The chair is very comfortable. The padding on my butt is much firmer than my previous cheap chair and I find great back support thanks to its design and the use of an adjustable lumbar support which is much better. The seat cushion is adjustable, so you can move it as you like. The armrests are height adjustable. I love that the colors of these chairs are easily customizable, although shipping time is a penalty. I was able to find a combo color I liked in stock so I didn't go for a fully custom option. The chair is assembled in minutes, without tools or fasteners, all parts simply snap into place. The main body of the chair is polymer (plastic?) but very strong, with metal parts for the moving elements. I'm very happy with my purchase, but below are a few minor cons. Plus - Comfortable, thick and adjustable bottom cushion - Comfortable back design - Adjustable lumbar support - Adjustable (height only on my model) armrests - Adjustable recline setting, locked or medium resistance. Sharp, modern design and a wide range of colors. minuses. My chair was packaged as if it was part of a company purchase. Unbelievable, there was no documentation. No user manual, no warranty information etc. Installation instructions are printed on the box, I found the rest online and printed them out myself.
