Avid hiker, camps almost every other weekend and gets a lot of exercise. My motorhome has never hit the ground. Until I used it. My RV's tongue hit the ground right after I got off the truck. Knocked out "Jack stabilizer" under him. The ground was level. And the wheels on the camper were locked. The camper weighs 3,400 pounds fully loaded. That's £1,600 less than face value. And my camper's tongue weighs just over 300 pounds. I don't know what happened, but all I know is that I would never use such a part to "stabilize" a camper.
