Projector (refurbished) received as a gift. The first thing we noticed was that the charger was defective. The projector itself is of good quality. Good, clear pictures. Requires a darkened room - the color is not bright enough to be very clear in a well-lit room. And the size is ideal for a traveler - little more than a pocket camera. If I could replace the charger I would keep this car. Finding a new charger, however, proved nearly impossible. The projector requires a 12V charger - most chargers are at least 19V. It is also difficult to find the size of the charging tip; I've tried charging the projector with the universal charging kit and the best fitting product is a bit too small to fit in. Customer service (Crisp Step) was very helpful and easy to contact; I called several times and they really tried. But in the end we couldn't find a new charger or replacement kit and I had to send the whole thing back.
