My vacuum worked fine for about 3 weeks but then it either didn't finish cleaning or didn't return to the charger. He stops in the middle of the room and then asks to clear the way for him. When I carry it to the charger I sometimes have to turn it off and on again to get it to charge again. I can only assume that the batteries are defective. I even ordered upgraded batteries for better performance and now they do exactly the same as the old batteries. I was ready to give that 5 stars but now I can't. I'll order another set of batteries and see if they work better or longer and revisit.
