Review on HENCKELS 6-Inch Meat Cleaver: Sleek Black Stainless Steel, Efficient and Durable - Model 31134-161 by Billy Mariner

Based on my long experience with many Henckels Classics this is exactly what I expected: super sharp, well balanced and comfortable to hold. Very durable, clean and well managed. At first I bought it for large works like cabbage, full size fish, large cuts of meat, frozen foods and so on. I've even used it to cut pork ribs into smaller pieces for my dogs. They must have hit harder than expected, but he cut them clean. Love, love, love Henckels Classic! They hold the edge well and are always a pleasure to use. My only problem is that my knife block is already full, so I had to move my carving knife and fork to make room for this new gem!
