I was dying to have this when I bought it on Wednesday. My elderly mother who has just completed a 2 week hospital stay is now fully recovered but weak so she is in rehab to regain strength. I can't stay with her like in a hospital and she feels confused and isolated because I'm the only caregiver. She has a cell phone that she uses to call me anytime but she has touchscreen issues so I was excited when I saw this and thought it would solve everything but now I'm just heartbroken. Item DOES NOT WORK AT ALL! The indicator wasn't working and the person who called me said I sounded like a canyon and all they heard was STATIC. I asked for a replacement hoping the one I got was just broken! Sequel follows.
