Amazing microphone for phone calls

According to my experience, this microphone is a game-changer in office electronics. It's adjustable to fit any phone, and the sound quality is impressive. The freedom to move around while taking a call is fantastic. The one downside is that it's not as compatible with computers as it is phones. Nonetheless, it's a small con, and I highly recommend this accessory.

Easy to Use - Headphones

We bought this for my father-in-law to use when he was in hospital (and unable to receive face-to-face visitors due to Covid) as it is not good with smartphones or hands-free phones. It was easy to use as there is only one button to answer or end a call and a volume control. We can say that it made him a lot less uneasy when he could hear and talk to us more easily.

Disappoints more than you can imagine

I was dying to have this when I bought it on Wednesday. My elderly mother who has just completed a 2 week hospital stay is now fully recovered but weak so she is in rehab to regain strength. I can't stay with her like in a hospital and she feels confused and isolated because I'm the only caregiver. She has a cell phone that she uses to call me anytime but she has touchscreen issues so I was excited when I saw this and thought it would solve everything but now I'm just heartbroken. Item DOES NOT
