The TV is level when placed against a wall (installation was relatively easy and it was level) but the linear actuator that 'pulls' the unit down creates a slight torque on the assembly which unscrew the drop arm. The connection between the included remote and the mount isn't very good, and you have to press and hold the button multiple times to get the TV in place.
