1) The proximity sensor is the worst. I was very upset that the flagship, which I had paid $60,000 for, was so buggy. For instance, when using WhatsApp, the phone switches to auditory speaker mode when you are listening to someone's audio message while keeping the phone at least 30 centimeters away from your face. The phone did not move at all during this period so that the proximity sensor could "see" something. On S8, this was not the case. And that frequently occurred. The screen is not always blank when conversing on a regular connection, therefore I used my cheek to touch the buttons. I assumed I might be married, but I'm not. The issue also affects another acquaintance who uses a similar phone. After that, I made the decision to stop using Samsung products because I felt that such a flaw in a phone for such a high price was unacceptable. But, a new S21 appeared for half the price, so Samsung once more. 2. Batteries. Watsap does not survive from November till the evening, even with moderately frequent use (80% of the time). Also, it often takes 10 minutes for it to sit down if you use it outside in weather below -5 degrees Fahrenheit to do something like shoot pictures. (On S7, S8 experienced the same issue) I don't play any demanding games, so perhaps it's more obvious there, but I don't see much of a difference in power starting with the S7 edge. In comparison to earlier models, the camera is a big upgrade.
