Review on Vinzant Global ECS by Kenny Hrdlicka

I like that it is easy for our team members who are not technical people to use this program because of its user friendly interface. It has been very helpful in organizing large events with many different vendors as well as scheduling staff time off when needed which helps us stay organized throughout all phases of an event. We have used other programs before but they were difficult for non techies to navigate or understand so we decided to give VGE another try since their support was good at first contact. The only thing i dislike about using vge is how long it takes sometimes to get responses back compared to some others out there (like oasis). Sometimes you need answers fast! Be prepared to spend more money upfront than most software packages if budget allows however once set up it will save tons over having multiple computer stations setup around the venue plus saves manpower costs too.
