I like that it is easy for our team members who are not technical people to use this program because of its user friendly interface. It has been very helpful in organizing large events with many different vendors as well as scheduling staff time off when needed which helps us stay organized throughout all phases of an event. The ease of use that it offers for one who is not as familiar with this software system can be daunting at first but once you figure out how things work its awesome! I dislike there being no support staff in my area so if i have questions or am having issues they are left up here alone without help which makes me feel like an idiot when trying something new (that's just part life though).
