Excellent Customer Service & Friendly Staff

The ease of use that it offers for one who is not as familiar with this software system can be daunting at first but once you figure out how things work its awesome! I dislike there being no support staff in my area so if i have questions or am having issues they are left up here alone without help which makes me feel like an idiot when trying something new (that's just part life though). There aren't many other problems since we've been using them pretty much exclusively now over 3 years running our office business almost 100% completely online through their service platform/systems - nothing major has come along yet either way except maybe some minor downtime due perhaps too high demand during events? We haven’t really encountered any significant challenges while working together thus far although sometimes getting someone else onboard takes time especially because everyone tends towards "their own thing". This isn't always bad however depending upon what kind of needs exist.

  • Great functionality very easy integration into most systems available including Salesforce CRM &/or Google Suite via Gmail etc.
  • Reliable server monitoring services offered by vendor directly from main site where all updates occur regularly throughout every day 24 hrs per hour 7 days week 365 Days annually
