Review on 62in Brushed Aluminum Roboto Smart Ceiling Fan for Indoor and Outdoor use with Remote Control by Tom Tofte

First off, this fan looks great and has worked great for the first 2 days of installation. Unfortunately he was dead the next day. I called Modern Forms and contacted tech support to resolve the issue. It was determined that the radio receiver had failed and the problem was. They told me to contact Revain for a replacement part. Unfortunately, Revain did not have this part separately and requires me to return the entire unit. This fan has many parts and if I just need to replace a small receiver I don't have all the original packaging so it's not that easy to take it off the ceiling and send it back and then do it all over again. again. I contacted Modern Forms and they said they don't ship parts. I have to go through Revane. Terrible service. Be careful if you get a bad block. Modern Forms has excellent maintenance and unacceptable customer service. I will be returning this and buying a fan from another manufacturer if that is how they handle product issues.
