I have been using a Shimano SPD pedal for 25 years now. Love it. I'll never know why these things aren't cheaper. This is a great app for my mountain bike, road bike and club fitness. These pedals are tension adjustable when stepping on and off. And the price is much better since I put them on every bike I own. I really don't want to pay a lot of money for special pedals for every bike or buy special shoes for every bike. I would like the depth to wear any of my shoes on any of my bikes. For that I need multiple pedals, cleats, and this pedal helps keep costs down.
