Review on Ovvoe by Doug Booth

I like that it is very easy to use for all employees of my organization since we are using many different applications from Google Apps as well as other software such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 among others. It has been difficult at times finding out how much time an employee spent working during their shift which makes tracking hours more complicated than what you would expect with any system. Also sometimes there seems to be lag between when something gets updated by one user versus another so this can lead to some confusion within our team members about who did work correctly and incorrectly. We have used Ovvoe for several years now without issue but recently they decided to change over to Office365 (which was not even offered previously). This transition caused us significant issues because almost everything related to OVVOE had changed including phone numbers, email addresses & passwords etc. As mentioned before, this made things confusing for users trying to find answers to questions regarding their jobsite.
