Overall good experience - just wish support could've done better in dealing

I like that it is very easy to use for all employees of my organization since we are using many different applications from Google Apps as well as other software such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 among others. It has been difficult at times finding out how much time an employee spent working during their shift which makes tracking hours more complicated than what you would expect with any system. Also sometimes there seems to be lag between when something gets updated by one user…
