very nice. elastic. Seems a bit big for this brand. I was surprised. She always carries a medium. This is a 12 pound toy poodle. It fits perfectly for the first hour, but the dress stretches so much that she just falls off afterwards. So maybe one size down if you're going to be wearing it all day.
