I like freshly made waffles and it looks like it could do the job. It appears to be of good quality and appears to be working well. The bonus is that it flips over so both sides can brew evenly. I tried this and it really works, the waffle came off the mesh easily after rubbing it lightly with some vegetable oil. I must say that I have tried calling and emailing the company several times to ask a question but have never received an answer. I followed the instructions in the leaflet that came with the product and the waffle comes out spongy. I just wanted to know what I'm doing wrong. They never bothered to email or call me. If you need their customer service, good luck reaching someone alive. I ended up returning it as it didn't make waffles as good as you get I Hop.
