Given all the feedback about the missing screws, do you think they've solved this issue? NO! I had to return the first purchase to get a full set of screws, contacting this seller is difficult to say the least. The antenna works perfectly, no problems, excellent SWR values. Despite the 'free returns', a lot of time is spent back-ordering the product and going to the UPS store to return the product. Tram doesn't seem to care about shipping costs or customer satisfaction. With that in mind, I recommend buying 2 antennas and returning one just to be sure you get all the screws you need for installation. If not, look at another week and 4 trips to UPS to get started. So it's better to reorder and send it back, that saves time and makes things even worse. Also, this article does not provide instructions. So if you're a beginner, it's best to use something else. I have to wonder if any seller, Revain or Tram has read customer reviews on this product. If so, they don't seem to have a desire to provide decent customer service.
