I bought this shirt as a birthday present, the one in black! It fits great. The material stretches but doesn't show through. The recipient wears a 12/14 top with American clothing and a bust size (38DD) so the 2XL has a loose fit which she loves as it can be worn with leggings or jeans and the pockets are an added bonus. This is a very nice feature that most shirts don't have! The cost was affordable and the value is great. We are completely satisfied! That's a good gift! If you want a tighter/more comfortable fit, order the shirt your actual size, if you want it to fit, order one size smaller. Finally, if you need some tummy space, order a size up or 2 up.
