Klipsch suggested sending it back via the original seller it was purchased from to have it approved under the one year warranty as they have worked with them. It was a waste of my time and money spent. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM WALT TV. THEY DO NOT REPRESENT YOUR PRODUCT. YOU REFUSE TO RETURN OR ACCEPT THE PRODUCT AT THE MANUFACTURER'S REQUEST.
