Nice at first, but it doesn't last.

I was given this dice tray as a gift about a year ago, so I can't complain about the price. I like that it stores flat and looks nice. However, this didn't seem to last as long as it should have. It doesn't appear to be damaged. When the buttons are snapped together, the center no longer lays flat after only using the tray 5-10 times (total). The uneven rolling surface has led to so many re-rolls that I just don't use this anymore. I take good care of my gaming supplies and I always have stored this flat, so I can't figure out if this was something I caused somehow, or if it just isn't made to last. My guess is that it's the latter.
