I've seen some reviewers mention that the belt slides around their waist, but for me it stays perfectly around my hips like a belt. Most of my pants are 34 inches and the adjustable strap fits perfectly; it also comes with an extension for larger waist sizes. There are smaller pockets on each side of the large phone pouch, perfect for a bunch of keys or regular keys. My belt didn't come with clear washing instructions, but after doing a little research on the internet I found that it can be washed in cold water.
