The most recent interaction I had with the Lunsom online business was a horrible one. The replacement components that I purchased turned out to be of subpar quality and did not work correctly with my vehicle. I was let down to find out that the body and the components that make up the trim were made in a shoddy manner and did not live up to my expectations. In addition, when I attempted to get assistance from customer support, I was met with lengthy wait times and representatives who were unable to assist me in any way. They did not appear to care about my concerns, and they were unable to offer me any information or assistance that was either helpful or informative. After everything was said and done, my time spent shopping at Lunsom's online store left me feeling dissatisfied and let down. This is not a business that I would recommend to anyone who is searching for dependable replacement components for their automobile.
